Learning Isn’t Just for the Kids This Fall
What 2022 learning and development goals did you set? The year is coming to a close in just a few months. Take advantage of this season of professional development and growth. It’s a great time to check out our new fall program offerings, as well as programs we offer year-round.
After our popular August and September workshops, Black Women in the Workforce, Don’t Just Survive––THRIVVE, Joelle LaGuerre recognized we struck a chord with Black professional women and allies. To build on this momentum, Joelle and I are offering two additional brand new workshops to support Black women in the workforce. We have a FREE fall series of workshops we are delivering this fall. Stay tuned for dates and program information! Join us and jump into the THRIVVE community we are creating to help support Black professional women navigate the unique challenges we face, often as “onlys” in our workplaces.
Is it time for a new job or a new career? Jump Start Your Job Search is our signature program for the job seeker who needs a little support getting ready for the next big thing. Our four module program includes helpful resources, self-reflective exercises, two assessments and four one-on-one coaching sessions to set you up for success in your search. A big differentiator of our program is the mock interview with specific written feedback, which helps you get ready for the real thing. Jump Start Your Job Search is completely self-paced, and your coach is available whenever you have questions, need support, and you’re ready for a coaching session.
Maybe you are onto the next big thing––whether that is a new job, an expanded role, a promotion, or you’re taking on something new in your personal life. If imposter syndrome feelings have set in (which is completely normal), check out our two module recorded webinar series, Unmasking Imposter Syndrome. In our workshops, Denise Corey and I break down where imposter syndrome comes from, discuss the 5 imposter personas, and share valuable tools to help you navigate your imposter syndrome. You will receive informative resources and suggested activities to help support this self-paced program.
So, don’t just leave the learning to the kids this fall. Register for one (or more!) of our programs and make a commitment to your own development. If not now, when? If not you, who? Grab a friend or colleague and reserve a seat at one of our programs. You will wrap up 2022 with greater knowledge and awareness. Hope to see you in class!
