
How I Leverage My Strengths As Your Coach
The Gallup Clifton StrengthsFinder measures the occurrence of talent in 34 categories called “themes.” According to Gallup, “the greater the presence of a theme of talent within a person, the more likely that person is to spontaneously exhibit those talents in day-to-day behaviors.” These talents occur naturally in the person and are powerful if an individual focuses on cultivating those abilities.
According to Clifton StrengthsFinder themes, my top 5 Strengths are as follows:
Individualization
People who are especially talented in the Individualization theme are intrigued with the unique qualities of each person. They have a gift for figuring out how people who are different can work together productively.
Relator
People who are especially talented in the Relator theme enjoy close relationships with others. They find deep satisfaction in working hard with friends to achieve a goal.
Empathy
People who are especially talented in the Empathy theme can sense the feelings of other people by imagining themselves in others’ lives or others’ situations.
Maximizer
People who are especially talented in the Maximizer theme focus on strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence. They seek to transform something strong into something superb.
Developer
People who are especially talented in the Developer theme recognize and cultivate the potential in others. They spot the signs of each small improvement and derive satisfaction from these improvements.
By combining my top 5 strengths, I establish strong relationships with my clients, tap into their unique gifts, and bring out the best in them by cultivating their potential in a supportive and intuitive way.
How do I do this? I quickly establish rapport with my clients and get to know their likes and dislikes, motivators and behaviors. I partner with them to develop goals that focus on their strengths and encourage them to amplify their potential. My unique ability to naturally leverage my strengths facilitates my talent to assist others in their transformation.
