New Managers: Navigating Imposter Syndrome
March 17, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - March 31, 2021 @ 1:30 pm

Are you a new manager who is exhausted by perfectionism? Feeling like a fraud? Afraid of being found out? You’re not alone. Over 70% of people have suffered with imposter syndrome at one time or another.
Imposter Syndrome often undermines new managers. Instead of excitement, persistent fears of failing grow and grow. You might be asking yourself:
Am I really up to the challenge?
How will I manage former peers?
What will it feel like being at the table with other leaders?
And…
Am I a good leader?
It doesn’t have to be this way. You can Navigate Imposter Syndrome.
In this two-part workshop, join other new managers, and we will:
• Dive deep into how imposter syndrome affects you
• Explore the 5 imposter syndrome personas
You will:
• Learn to notice when imposter syndrome overtakes you
• Gain new skills to combat your imposter syndrome
And…
• Rewrite the narratives in your head
This interactive workshop will leave you more equipped to handle those feelings of insecurity and fraud.
Workshop dates are March 17 and March 31, 12-1:30 pm eastern. Workshop will be recorded for registered participants.
What will you get?
You will receive valuable content delivered in two 90-minute workshops, assignments and resources to deepen your learning, and a private 30-minute coaching session. In your session, you will further explore how imposter syndrome is getting in the way of you achieving your goals.
