A workshop designed to help new hires navigate imposter syndrome.

You got the offer, hurrah! You were selected for the job because you’re qualified and you’re the best candidate. Confidence, optimism, excitement are filling you. But soon doubts, worry and fear of failing creep in, and before you know it, Imposter Syndrome takes root. You’re not alone. Over 70% of people have suffered with imposter syndrome at one time or another. Learn how to tame those new job jitters and ignore the whispers from Imposter Syndrome.

In this two-part workshop, join others who are new in their roles, we will:

• Dive deep into how imposter syndrome affects you

• Explore the 5 imposter syndrome personas

You will:

• Learn to notice when imposter syndrome overtakes you

• Gain new skills to combat your imposter syndrome

And…

• Rewrite the narratives in your head

This interactive workshop will leave you more equipped to handle those feelings of insecurity and fraud.

Workshop dates are March 18 and April 1 12-1:30 pm eastern. Workshop will be recorded for registered participants.

What will you get?

You will receive valuable content delivered in two 90-minute workshops, assignments and resources to deepen your learning, and a private 30-minute coaching session. In your session, you will further explore how imposter syndrome is getting in the way of you achieving your goals.

Asila Calhoun and Denise Corey are ICF accredited coaches with over five years of experience coaching clients with imposter syndrome.
